Refund Policy

  • If a package that is shipped does not arrive you must file a claim with the post office. Once packages are in possession of USPS and have been scanned saying such then it is due to USPS and not my business. Refunds are not given. Tracking is provided for every order.
  • If you are not satisfied with any item, you may exchange it within 5 Business days provided that the item is still unworn and in its original packaging.
  • If an item breaks through NORMAL use or via shipping within 14 days from the date of delivery and is not abused, I will repair it if possible. If not, you may exchange it for another item of your choosing. Due to the exclusive nature of Paparazzi inventory, it is possible the same item may no longer be available.
  • No refunds are given, but I am happy to exchange, repair or replace any item that does not meet your satisfaction.
